Refunds:
- In the event that you are not satisfied with the final product and we cannot reach a mutually agreeable solution through revisions, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
- Refunds will not be issued for projects that have already been completed or canceled mid-way through the process.
Please note:
- As a digital creator and design service provider, we offer digital products and services. Due to the nature of digital goods, we are unable to provide physical returns or refunds.
- Once a digital product or service has been delivered, it is considered a sale. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will work diligently to resolve any issues that may arise.
- In the event of a damaged or corrupted file, we will recreate and redeliver the product at no additional cost. To ensure clarity and avoid misunderstandings, we provide detailed information and samples before commencing any project.
- Please note that we cannot be held responsible for issues arising from third-party tools or services used in the creation of our products. For any such issues, you may need to contact the relevant third party directly.
- We require a written request for any refund within 7 days of receiving the final product.
- Refund processing may take up to 7 business days.
